We pointed out the weaknesses of the debtors' business plan and proposed changes to strengthen the company’s performance and cash flow, which increased our client‘s bargaining power. Furthermore, our proposals were, implemented by the management, improving the company’s liquidity and therefore enabling our client to improve its debt recovery.

In another case, we were able to stop an extrajudicial agreement that was unfavorable to our client. Furthermore, we made proposals to improve the debtor's offer from the perspective our client. These negotiations are ongoing.
