We were very active during the dot com era designing several business plans for start-ups of internet companies, mostly in Argentina.

We planned the introduction of a new education service in Panama, which is being used as a beachhead for the Central American region. We chose, which products from the company’s portfolio were to be introduced in this market, in what sequence, set prices and overall marketing strategy. Depending on the availability of internal information and size of the company, a business plan can be made in four to eight weeks.
